The Ocean Condominium complex is one of the few in the Bethune Beach area that allows for weekly rentals. This small complex, consisting of just 20 units, offers breathtaking views of the quiet, car-free beach to the east and the Indian River Lagoon to the west. The Ocean Condominium offers secured entry and underground parking, available on a first come first serve basis. Amenities include an oceanfront pool and spa. Within walking distance, guests will find the Mary McLeod Bethune Beach Park which offers beach volleyball, tennis/basketball courts, a kayak launch, a fishing pier, a playground, and picnic tables. This park also backs up to a well-known manatee area which can be viewed during warm summer months. JB's Fish camp is also within walking distance, offering some of the best local seafood around. A riverfront dining experience, JB's Fish Camp also offers kayak and paddleboard rentals.
