Relaxing vacation

This is the perfect place for a family of 4-5 people. The property is very nice with access to 2 pools and the beach. I would gladly return for another vacation.

Quick family weekend

Stayed for two nights with my husband and two young kids. The complex was nice and proximity to pool and beach were convenient. The unit needs a deep clean and some repairs. Floors, inside kitchen cabinets, bathrooms all looked dirty. Bedspread in master bedroom also appeared to have some stains. The fabric chair in the living should probably be tossed soon, I wouldn’t want my kids sitting on it.

New Smyrna Beach Ocean Colony

The location of the property was great and had a close proximity to the beach (maybe 50 yards). The exterior and landscaping are very well taken care of. The inside of the unit was a different story. The pictures on VRBO are old and show the unit looking fresh and clean. The furniture is old and beat up looking. The sheets and towels are threadbare. The bedspread in the master is brown and dingy and should have been thrown away a long time ago. I would stay at this property again, just not in this unit. It needs some serious TLC and updating!
