It is located less than a block from New Smyrna's popular Flagler Avenue. Around are more than 100 unique shops, captivating galleries, fine restaurants and fun pubs are anchored near here. No other condo is located closer to Flagler, you could not have picked a more perfect location!
B-204 is located on the 2nd floor and is 2 story unit with an ocean view balcony. There is a king size bed in the master, two twins in the guest room and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room offering plenty of sleep space for everyone! 2 full baths and a fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need! Eat in or walk down Flagler Ave and enjoy some of New Smyrna's excellent restaurants.

The property is in a family friendly beach town. Location is great for walking to lots of restaurants and is right on the beach with a nice pool. We've been vacationing here for years and will happily continue to do so. The townhouse was clean with extras like dish soap, shampoo, body wash. Lots of comfy beds with plenty of towels and linens.Checkout is easy. Not alot of work requested. Just common coutesy things: like empty the trash, and run the dishwasher. We always try to leave it like we found it.

It is a beautiful place to stay! Very clean! Walking distance to everything on Flagler. My only disappointment was that there was no hairdryer. I bought one and left there for you! We plan on returning!

Overall, a very clean property and good communication with the owners. Walking distance to Flagler. Updated unit with nice decor. Missing a hairdryer and some of the furniture had seen better days. Otherwise, a nice unit and overall nice complex.

The location was perfect, couldn't be more perfect, the property grounds were perfect as well. The unit itself was just lacking hospitality. Towels were very dingey old, and cheap. No TV, even though there is one. No coffee to get started. The deck chairs were dirty. Shower heads were very strong, very strong....it just lacked hospitality BUT over all clean, comfy, comfortable and I would come back.
