“We booked a suite, and when we checked in, we were not told that it was out of service. No notice was given until we checked in. The manager left for the evening that night and he didn’t bother to come back and solve the problem. He made two receptionist try to take care of it and they were clueless. They said they would refund the room for us because we were not able to get the room that we reserved but then they backed out and did not give us a refund Expedia was not helpful either. They……

“The toilet flush kept unhooking inside the toilet to the point where I gave up and just started flushing manually. There was two large beetle looking bugs in the bathroom in the morning. The staff was super kind and provided me with extra pillows when I asked for some, and check in and check out was easy and everyone was very helpful and kind and had great personalities for hospitality. The person who brought me pillows was very kind and helpful. I loved the jetted bath tub - and I would stay……

The location was okay, but the surrounding area was the only downside for us. The hotel is near a Salvation Army location that provides meals and services, so there were quite a few people experiencing homelessness in the area.
