「Serg’s place was comfortable and clean! It was a perfect location for me and my friends to stay while rock climbing in the Gunks. We did not feel cramped or unsafe and the complementary tea was a hit! One thing to note is that both of the beds were low to the ground (below knee level) so if someone has knee or back problems, it might be difficult to stand up out of bed. 」

「We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. 」

「We had such a great stay with Guido. We were about 5 minutes from family, and we needed a place to stay with our golden retriever. 「The actual apartment was clean. The property and entryway to the stairs was not good. I almost didn’t go upstairs bc of how bad it was. We were there for family weekend at the CIA so we weren’t hanging out in the apartment so I just let it go. Parking was a mess but I think that had to do with the city.
