"The room had no towels no blankets on the bed when we asked for blankets and towels they said they had to find some got ready to take a shower the shower head was falling off the shower you could not adjust the shower it was just flowing down on one speed water was coming from underneath the sink from the shower the toilet was leaking they said they had no more rooms to move us to finally the next day we got towels in the housekeeper gave us towels after she took the dirty towels now we have booked two rooms here for four nights and it was a disaster the only good thing is that the shuttle bus driver was good and they took you and dropped you off and did come back and pick you up but late at night the front desk clerks takes the phone off the hook and they're laying up on the desk with their head down sleep so you can't disturb them to get a call in so then we had to take a uber back and it was 11:00"

"The coffee was cold. The coffee machine in our room didn’t work properly and we had difficulty with the tv. Otherwise, everything was good. "

"We didnt have breakfast, was suprised at the price. My granddaughter loved the pool."

"When we checked the pricing seemed wrong but I was told it was right. When I checked out the manager confirmed that I was being double charged for parking. I do not even understand why they charge for parking. The manager made things right."

"The check in staff was great. We had 3 rooms total - one room was dirty upon check in so the staff had to go check to make sure the other rooms were cleaned prior to giving us room keys. One room had dirty sheets. During the night time, we did see a roach in the bathrooms in All of our rooms."
