Newark Pet-friendly Hotel

"Staff immediately told me there weren’t any rooms available to check in early before checking their system . No room keys , staff let people in rooms without verifying anything . Huge safety issue there "

"Very outdated, mold on walls, rooms smell disgusting. I could NOT stay here it was super unfit "

"The person that checked us in was super sweet and nice. The room felt like it was a motel with a really bad odor smell and also had stains on the couch and on the floor. It look like blood stains by the bathroom floor. The bathroom toilet was in clean. It had brown yellow spots, the shower was also dirty. There was also look like used to be frames. They are missing and the walls were falling off when I spoke to other people at the hotel they described that the same similar issue I was so afraid to even unpack any of our stuff that I kept everything in our luggage and took out as needed."

"Raj was very helpful when I was looking for a fork at 11 pm. Refrigerator in the room was not working although it was plugged in. "

"First let me say I was completely disappointed from the moment I walked in. The first thing I was greeted with was the pure odor of cigarette and Marijuana smoke. The hallways were filled with loud noises all night and upon arriving at my room my key did not work. The room itself was filthy from the dirty microwave and refrigerator to the unswept floors and filthy bathroom with a leaky shower. Their was only one towel laying on a dirty sink and for the price and what was described as a king suite it was the smallest room i have ever paid for. When I went to check out the front desk woman asked me how my stay was I told her it was horrible and she said and I quote ok thank you bye. "

"The staff was wonderful. Very comfortable room. The bar was inviting and well equipped. They offer a short menu with basic pub food but nothing fancy. There is a breakfast buffet for purchase. There is plenty of shopping neaby and familiar chain restaurants."
