“The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.”

“Very simple, the rooms were large and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. There was construction going on but there was zero disturbances and I was just a couple of doors down. My dog was even comfortable. Also, there's a Culver's across the parking lot with a stairway to lead across the grass. Will definitely stay again when in town!”

“Clean and quiet property. Pleasantly surprised.”

“Property looked nice on the outside but it is older. Suite was a loft bedroom which didn't show online. No elevator in the hotel and my husband has a very hard time getting up steps. My husband and I slept on the sleeper sofa as it's too hard for him to get up the steps to the bedroom and the bathroom is on the lower level. When I made up the sofa bed the mattress was torn apart along the bottom with the springs sticking out. The sheets even though clean had holes in them. Even the blanket had a……

“The room was mostly updated. The bathroom could have been better, and some of the towels I had were dirty. Luckily, I had my own towels with me.”

“Very comfortable bed and nice sheets. Very nice woman at reception changed my room to first floor, which I had requested. Sink did not drain well. Room was cleaned every day. A bit noisy outside of my room in the evening. Basically, I would recommend this motel.”

“After driving 17 hours from Texas to Wisconsin, we are very pleased when we got into our room to see how clean, big and all the amenities it included. Our last hotel in West bend was terrible and I would never return to them. This will be my new spot! Thank you for taking such good care of my family while we visited!”

“A very unique experience within this small but very elegant old hotel. The check in process was very friendly, having the lounge available for coffee, snacks, light breakfast was really nice. The room was so nicely decorated, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was perfect! We will definitely stay there again if in the area.”
