Welcome to this beautiful brick condo located in the heart of downtown Newburyport. Walk out your front door and enjoy the shops,restraints, waterfront boardwalk and ll that this historic city has to offer. The condo is located on the second floor of a row house with off street parking for 2 cars. The condo has a washer dryer, fully furnished kitchen, central air conditioning and a nice exterior deck. The condo sleeps four comfortably with a king size bed in one bedroom and a queen size bed in the other. You will enjoy the cozy living room with wide screen TV and cozy gas fireplace. 30+ days for minimum rental.

Awesome condo!
Very nice, tidy, well appointed condo is just one block from downtown food, shops and riverfront. Mike is a great host and was incredibly gracious when we needed to shorten our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
