「The staff told me to park anywhere on the street until 9 tomorrow, so I dropped the luggage with my wife and tried to find parking. The bellman at the door just stood there and watched my little wife, who is senior citizen, load the heavy baggage onto a cart and didn’t offer to help whatsoever, and there were no other customers at all. It was very ungentlemanly if I’ve ever seen it. The next morning, I informed the front desk staff who didn’t seem to care and said it’s not his job.
