Featuring a welcoming front porch with comfortable seating and a lush back garden, this beautiful 3-bed, 2-bath home is the perfect coastal escape. The open-plan layout is modern and bright, with timber floors and natural light flowing throughout. The living and dining areas extend onto a spacious deck with alfresco dining and a BBQ, making it ideal for entertaining. Inside, the comfortable house offers two queen bedrooms and a bunk room, all equipped with ceiling fans. A designated study nook provides a quiet space for work or reading. The property is located 43 km away from Newcastle Airport. By car, the journey will take around 50 minutes. By public transportation, the journey will take around 2 hours.

- For your comfort, this property is prepared with professional-grade hotel-style linen, including a three-sheet setup, ensuring a fresh and hygienic sleep experience.
- Important: Please note, that if the restricted keys are lost, the whole house will need to be rekeyed which may result in a cost of up to $400.00

- Lawn mowing is scheduled on a rotating basis every three weeks on a Wednesday (started 12/02/25).

Comfortable home

The house was perfectly appointed, extremely clean and was in an excellent location. Furniture and beds were also comfortable. The inside was wonderful, shame they neglected the outdoor space. The yard was a lovely size, shame they hadn’t mowed the 1 metre high grass. Neither had the bins been emptied, which meant they were overflowing on our last day. The outside solar lights were laying on the grass (hubby had to rehang them). The wifi code was incorrect, which we rectified ourselves. We did inform the management , they got the lawn mowed after 2 days, but the bins were never emptied. Their communication was slow, even though they say they are 24 hours. A few things were missing to make it a little easier in the house and these are suggestions. Hooks behind doors for bath towels, fix the clock for the correct time (tried a battery), anchor the tv to the wall, we would be concerned about the safety if there were children. We were a family of 4 adults over 55 years old. Overall we would return, provided the above was taken care of.
