Here, the expansive lake takes centre stage, offering a captivating backdrop for a variety of aquatic activities such as boating, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. The crystal-clear waters provide a secure and delightful setting for families to enjoy the simple pleasures of swimming, while Pelican Foreshore itself transforms into a sublime spot to witness the sunset, have a family BBQ and a playground for the kids to enjoy.

The open-plan living and kitchen area creates a welcoming environment, perfect for gathering with loved ones. The master bedroom offers a king bed and the second room is a cosy but comfortable space with a Queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom boasts a large shower and bath, while an extra toilet in the laundry adds convenience for larger groups. Outside, is an inviting alfresco dining area with an outdoor fireplace to warm you during winter nights, creating a cozy ambiance.

Furry friends are more than welcome to join the holiday fun, with an added cost to ensure their comfort (outside only). Front window security screens allow you enjoy the balmy breeze all night long, while keyless front door offers of modern touch of convenience. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and Heat pump dryer, ironing board and iron, catering to all your laundry needs. Enjoy full use of the property and grounds during your stay, though the garage is unfortunately not available for guest use.

🔸 Linen is provided – please bring your own beach or pool towels.
🔸 Toiletries are limited to reduce waste. Bringing your own is encouraged.
