The staff were incredible and service was impeccable. It was nice to see that the front desk agent and service staff was in sync in taking care of the guest.This is now become my go to place on my next visit in January 2027.

The location is excellent with easy access to riverside restaurants and transport hubs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was really good with a lovely view of Keel Square. Breakfast was OK but overcrowded on three occasions.

Lovely welcome from reception staff. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Excellent location. Only thing that let it down was the car park discount didn’t work on making payment at the Bridge car park when exiting which was very disappointing
