The staff were helpful and welcoming and the extra effort for the Great North Run was appreciated. The hotel is in a great location. The sheets were a bit scratchy and the pillows rock hard so this wasn’t great for a good nights sleep.

不滿：職員與服務
Room and hotel were very clean and modern. Our room was quite noisy throughout the night. Service was slow as there were not many staff on duty. Especially considering there were 2 sold out shows at Utilita while we were there. Wife felt unsafe as she was verbally abused by a drunk guest within earshot of reception and no one stepped in to help or offer assistance. Will absolutely not be going back.
