Poor - avoid

Booked an ensuite double room and on check in given a quad family room with shared bathroom. I asked to be moved but told that was all that was available. The quad room was also located on the second floor and a similar temperature to the surface of the sun. Room was also very tired and need of refurb along with the shared bathroom. Bare light bulbs no shades, peeling paint and wallpaper.

A great Scottish adventure…

It was my ever visit too Scotland…. I wanted too stay towards the lower end too. Just in case there was a family emergency etc. I went also too clear my head space…. And travel around too explore, the beautiful scenery too. The hotel was charming, a warm reception from Heather, who explained everything too etc, I was offered food if I wanted anything they wail have accommodated me. The room was tidy, everything I needed too, I could see the hills from my room window, I was blown away by Pete who greeted me for breakfast… what a choice…. Help yourself too juices. Toast, cereals too. It was spot on from an ex-chef… it’s a family run hotel, the service ice was amazing, I highly recommend it. It’s quite central too, I can’t wait to go back up soon.
