“The room had some cleanliness issues—there was orange mold along the bottom of the shower door, and there was a noticeable smell in the room that wasn’t very pleasant. It was also fairly noisy at night due to traffic from the nearby road. On a positive note, the bed and pillows were comfortable, which made it easier to get a good night’s rest. The staff were fine, though nothing particularly stood out during our stay. Breakfast was okay but somewhat limited—mostly carbs, no eggs, and the……

“There was nothing impressive about this place. Beds comfortable but not enough bedding for warmth. Heating system loud which led to cold night/no sleep. No hot water in the morning. Husband got bit by something 3x during the night on his leg. It was quite an experience, Experian!”

“My family and I enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful and the lake made it even better, I would definitely book the house again maybe in June. My only observation would be no broom or mop, I understood no shoes in the house but I would still love to have cleaned a little better b4 we left but all in all a beautiful memory to have celebrating my son's life. “If I could, I would give this hotel zero stars. The check-in process took forever. Breakfast was practically nonexistent — people stood in a long line for omelets, and there wasn’t even enough for everyone. With only one waiter on the floor, getting coffee or a refill was nearly impossible. If a hotel advertises breakfast included, it’s reasonable to expect a decent meal. To make matters worse, a month later the hotel called demanding an extra $22 “hotel charge,” even though everything had……
