"Arrived early. Lovely clean room. Good, reasonably priced food at Burger place on main floor."

"There were mixed messages from the staff about the shuttle. Other than that, it was a great stay close to the airport."

"At first, the hotel seemed fine. Basic, but suitable for our needs. But, there were signs. The first was that a woman was demanding a refund when I was checking in. Second, the gates to the parking lot were difficult to operate and no staff were assisting the guests to operate it. The next morning I found a fingernail on the bathroom floor (not ours). Someone had spit on the floor of the elevator. The coffee in the lobby was awful. The desk clerk barely looked at me when I checked out. Apparently, I was bothering her and interrupting a conversation she was having. So, I'm afraid I can't recommend this hotel, especially sincer there are a number of other options nearby."

"They let me do an early check in for $30 at 10am. It was CLUTCH. Staff was super nice as well."

"There was a very bad ladybug infestation in my room (the weirdest thing I’ve ever encountered!) they were also in the hallways, but I was told it because of the time of the year and they gave me another room from the 6th floor to the 3rd floor—the 3rd floor room felt like I was at Motel6 instead of The Westin. Did not enjoy my stay here at all, and it had great potential if I hadn’t had those 15+ crawling ladybugs all over my room and sleeping area. "

"Very convienient to the airport with a free shuttle. The hotel is undergoing a renovation of the public rooms, which is not a negative as it really needs updating. Hopefully they will do the individual rooms as well since they are very worn and dated. However, it was very clean and even though the restaurant was a make-shift confrence room for the time being, the food, while very limited, was excellent and the staff member in the restaurant was wonderful and sweet."
