「Clean and convenient 」

「The check-in is slow, inefficient and chaotic which wasted so much of our time and caused lots of inconvenience. The staff is aware of the issue but didn’t show any concerns or try to help the situation. The room is in reasonable shape but the lack of amenities for a Hilton is unacceptable. This is a hot summer here in Cambridge and they don’t even have a fridge in the room?! Don’t expect to have coffee in the room either because they don’t have a coffee maker here… just tea bags and cheap...

「間房都算幾乾淨，而且面積都算大，而且咖啡茶包水都充足，酒店員工有禮貌，地點唔算話好方便，而且同停車場距離都唔算好近，但係如果價錢係100磅左右嘅話都算合理」

「I stayed in the hotel for one night only but the environment, cleanliness were perfect. We also signed up for the breakfast deal which was so tasteful in such reasonable price. It is a convenience location to access any spot of Cambridge. 」

「Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Herzen von Cambridge und in der Nähe vieler Restaurants und Bars. Hervorzuheben ist dabei die historische Bedeutung und die Architektur des Gebäudes (altes Polizeirevier). Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und funktional eingerichtet. Auch das Design des Hotels inklusive der Speisesaal sind wirklich gelungen. Jedoch sehr klein- gerade für zwei große Gepäckstücke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.」

「house keeping came late and does the job in a hurry way. The floor is not clean at all. The location is not that convenient. Overall, Not recommended.」

「The breakfast selection was excellent, the environment was comfortable, and the view from the window was beautiful. We enjoyed a pleasant stay there! 」

「Centennial was a wonderful stop for a solo traveler. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent, and service was great. The rooms and spaces were clean and well furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it was a wonderful stay and close to the Cambridge station. It’s about a mile walk to the city center, which isn’t as far as it sounds. Two things to note: there is no elevator, but the staff will take your bags upstairs if you need the help. If you are someone who is...

「Room Room was tidy and good; well equipped except there is no hair dryer. Even we requested for hairdryer a couple of times, it never appeared throughout our 4-days stay. No bottled water in room. Booking before I booked a room for 2, asked for twin bed at time of booking as I was travelling with my parent. The hotel replied with 2 upgrade options, both available only at nearly doubled price. In another word, a studio does not have 2 beds. 」
