DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.
PARKING: - 2 spaces in shared garage. Fits most vehicle sizes. Accessed via rear alley. - Available neighborhood street parking can also be utilized (metered and non-metered).
LAUNDRY: Free laundry facilities are located in the garage. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
LOCATION: Bayfront Marina Park is just 1/2 block away - a local favorite, including a fantastic bay front kids' playground, the Lighthouse Cafe, paddle board and sailboat rentals; the historical Newport Pier, restaurants and shops galore; and the beach just across Balboa Blvd. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs; wagons; rollaway twin beds; and more. Contact us for more information!
CITY TAX: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
