Loved it

The place was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was very comfortable and the awesome water pressure in the master bedroom is worth special mention. The proximity to the beach was perfect and having the convenience store so close made getting snacks a breeze. Well done!

I would definitely stay here again, me and my family had an amazing time here, clean and comfortable, has everything you need, this place did not disappoint, and the ocean is literally steps away.. I loved this place

Nice beach location.

Nice beach location just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to Barone’s Italian restaurant. It is near near dog beach, biking trails, and cute shopping areas in Newport and Huntling Beach. Check in was a bit frustrating as we had to wait 40 minutes post the scheduled check in time to get settled in the unit as they were still cleaning up from the prior stay.

This place was stunning! Fantastic location and neighborhood.

This place was the perfect spot for a beach destination. Location was fantastic, a block from the beach and lots of great food near by. The house was very clean and perfect size.

Amazing vacation home!!

We stayed in this home for 10 days and it was absolutely perfect! It had all the amenities of home and the location was great, just a quick walk to the beach. Would highly recommend and hope to return!

Beach getaway

Nice location for a beach getaway. Need to spray the property for roaches and unclog the shower in master bedroom. Other than that, we would stay here again.

Great stay close to the beach!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Dave's property. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items, there was plenty of room, and there were beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys that we were able to utilize. The property is very close to the beach, a delicious Italian restaurant and a convenience store. Great stay in Newport!

Cute little townhome

We enjoyed our stay, no complaints. It's a townhome arrangements so a bit tight and garage not connected to the home. But that's alright. Location was close to Huntington Pier and Balboa fun. Beach access but not really for swimming. There was a TV in every room so my kids liked that, and modern glass furniture. The beds were doubles not queens.

Great beach house in Newport

My family really enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was located at a very nice middle point between Huntington Beach, and Balboa. Contact with the host agency was really good. We also appreciated the beach accessories that were on site and the garage access. The only hang up was a check in 90 minutes past the check in time with some sleepy kiddos. Overall great experience.

Excellent location

We had an amazing trip celebrating my daughter's birthday with our family. This home is right across from the beach, and has a coffee shop, several restaurants, and a mini mart within very short walking distance. The location is perfect! The home was clean and had all the items we needed to enjoy our stay. Our interactions with the staff were polite and thorough, and we truly enjoyed our vacation. Would definitely recommend this spot.

Close to the beach

This is a bottom floor of a two story house, we never heard the tenants upstairs. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. House sleep plenty of people comfortably with a nice sitting patio out front. Walk to the beach was easy even while carrying items. Nice to have the garage area to store items and even has beach items for use. Great stay would stay again!

We come to Newport every year in September to spend time as a family. We go down to Shaws Cove in Laguna because it is a very special place for us to remember our mom and dad. We had a wonderful time spending it as we always do. Your home was lovely there were a few minor things but they didn’t have an effect on our stay. There was a cockroach in one of the pans and I noticed a few baby ones in the bottom of the cabinet. The floors were pretty icky feeling and black, so I don’t think they have been mopped in a little While. A handful of the outlets didn’t work for charging or plugging anything in.

Nice beach home

A little worn. Towel bar broken in one bathroom. Screen mesh used for shower drain. Shower door broken. lots of chips in tile floor. Blank plywood over fireplace. Outdoor furniture cushion worn out and ripped. Very clean and convenient location.

Overall good stay very close to beach, nice little Italian restaurant close but spendy. Place was clean and had many amenities, but a few things need to be fixed like foldout bed, chairs, light bulbs, fan and few ants, but those were minor. Was able to use garage and washer/dryer. We fit 8 in very well and had a great time, would recommend.
