Great stay for our family of 9

Loved the location. Quick walk to the beach. The cottages were very clean and bright and although we know the home isn't new, enough FELT new, that it felt like a nice, cool, crisp rental. We loved renting the two units - and it was nice to have two separate units and two kitchens. And the outdoor patios were great! The homes felt very fresh and not at all rundown or dingy (which many Newport rentals do!). We had a couple of issues and the Vacasa property manager was pretty responsive. Would stay again for sure.

Great spot

Very happy with this comfortable rental. Very clean, great location. AC units kept the apartment very cool! Rental car tip: make sure to rent a smallish car. Garage was tight for midsize SUV! Door codes did not work so was told just to use lockbox key. Codes should have been fixed. But overall, a very nice rental! Would rent again.
