「Our room was spotless. It looked like it had just been redone. We came to Cincinnati for a concert at Megacorp Pavilion. The hotel was a 4 maybe 5 minute walk to it ! Would highly recommend」

「We booked because of the pool (traveling with a child) and the pool was ridiculously cold. Could not use the main thing we stayed for. We got over it but our main concern was the noise! About 7-8am they were doing what I can only assume was construction upstairs. Right above our room. I understand having to renovate but doing it that early while people are traveling is crazy. We were woken up with loud banging and furniture moving. It was to the point where we packed up and checked out early....

「The staff were more than accommodating letting us check in early and worked with us on a couple concerns. First concern: lots of construction going on, dead bolt on door not in working order, and bathroom door slides with no latch or lock. Second concern: bedding was significantly stained. The GM offered to refund our stay if we chose to leave and bedding was promptly changed to clean linens. Ultimately, we stayed and had a comfortable stay with hot coffee in the morning!」
