"Property is beautiful. Lots of great things. The entrance step needs to be fixed to be up to code (it needs a step put in as a person can fall due to height of step going in and out. Out of code.)and railings should be put in hallway entrance for safety. Some conveniences added. Coffee pot, blow dryer, pots and pans, extra blankets, iron and board, outside timer lights.
