「赤川花火大会で、初めて利用させて頂きました。 夕食が18時からだったのですが それじゃ花火大会に間に合わない！と伝えた所 食事時間を早める対応をして頂きました。 とても落ち着いた館内でした。 食事も美味しかったし お風呂も朝からサウナも有りとても良かったです。 」

「入住時櫃台對應非常的親切，能用英語流利溝通。飯店非常設計的非常有特色，房間內部從檯燈到其他擺設都非常別緻，大廳及圖書管也是亮點。冬天造訪能看到一片雪白的平原，非常漂亮。」

「Beautiful location, outstanding tatami room with good en suite bathroom facilities, and extremely friendly staff. Wifi connection in room was very weak (had to go to hall to connect). Not many English-speaking staff but made do with Google-translate. Would have appreciated food/snack options in bar but bought snacks at well-stocked gift store and small snack outlet on street where they have nice hot spring foot baths next to the river. 「Amazing view from the room. The hotel is equipped with an elevator which was helpful with my 81 year old mother who cannot walk too well at times. The service staff was pleasant and kind. Dinner and breakfast were very good! The only disappointment was that the check-in at the hotel is after 3 pm, contrary to the description on the hotels.com website.」
