The staff was amazingly helpful, my friends missed their bus and property manager put them in a nice big room for free. They also assisted with safe taxi service, the place is very safe and kid friendly.」

「The room was absolutely gorgeous and the staff went above and beyond to decorate for my husband's birthday. The food was delicious and they were very accommodating with all our requests. One of our favorite moments was seeing all the monkeys running across the property. They seemed so carefree and it was an amazing experience. Our only issue was the outdoor shower was freezing cold. We would definitely recommend visiting.」

Wait staff, reception, all had terrible customer service. They make you feel like you are not welcomed. Few smiles, now training on customer service. Maid service was absolutely deplorable. Spa was unresponsive. TV did not work. Only fuzz. The whole experience made me feel like I chose to be there so I am lucky...

「La chambre était propre et agréable. Le staff a été d’une grande disponibilité tout au long du séjour. L’hébergement est un peu excentré, mais en contrepartie très calme et vraiment agréable. L’espace jardin/piscine est une véritable invitation à la détente. La propriétaire a été particulièrement attentionnée : elle nous a très bien conseillés sur les restaurants aux alentours et nous a même rendu service à plusieurs reprises en nous emmenant en ville en voiture.」
