The staff was amazingly helpful, my friends missed their bus and property manager put them in a nice big room for free. 「The beach staff can be a little overbearing - the beach staff (while good security) are watching every step you take… headed to the ocean, making sure you don’t move a towel that has been sitting on a chair for 3 hours - ha! The concierge staff is really good though… kind and caring. Desk staff can be blunt and got us a bad taxi ride to the airport」

「The room was absolutely gorgeous and the staff went above and beyond to decorate for my husband's birthday. The food was delicious and they were very accommodating with all our requests. One of our favorite moments was seeing all the monkeys running across the property. They seemed so carefree and it was an amazing experience. Our only issue was the outdoor shower was freezing cold. We would definitely recommend visiting.」
