“Really enjoyed my stay at the Pan Pacific! Check-in was smooth and easy and everyone at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. My room exceeded expectations and there was plenty of space to relax, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was perfect for coming back from a multi day safari! There’s a Carrefour grocery store available with fresh fruits and other items that can be taken back to the room and prepared in the furnished kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again!”

“A great find that replicated the feeling of home while away. Large comfortable bedrooms with multiple full bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen. Access to a good gym, so good a colleague at another hotel sought to use it for its squat rack. Great location with access to Westgate Shopping, several business partners, local food and shopping of the upmarket and down market varieties. The staff was consistently on-point with quick service and pre=preemptive supports. ”

“I had great time here. At first I saw the rooms don’t have Ac I asked why because I can’t stay without chilling. the girl told me not to worry that houses around here don’t usually have one. Believe me it was really cold in the city and I had to request for electric heather to warm up. Very helpful and coordinated staffs starting from gate man to reception. Has a plaza just across and close to city center. You should Book here without thinking twice I enjoyed my stay and will……

“This was the second time at Clarence House. Overall I will say it's a great place to stay. The staff are always great and willing to go an extra mile to provide any help requested. The restaurant also serves great food. The rooms are clean and spacious. Will definitely return again. ”

“Loved my stay here! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is situated inside of a mall which is really convenient because I went to the grocery store every day to buy snacks :) The room was HUGE! I actually had the 'smallest' room and it was a studio but the bedroom was separated from the living room with a partition so it seemed a lot bigger. The ONLY issue is that the wifi didn't work for a day so I used up a lot of my data. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.”
