"This is a wonderful hotel to stay in Nairobi. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer lovely views of the city. What truly makes this hotel special is the exceptional staff, they are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely go the extra mile to ensure guests feel cared for. When I wasn’t feeling well, they thoughtfully provided room service, which I truly appreciated. The airport shuttle service is a great added benefit. The driver was friendly, helpful, and shared useful tips for enjoying my stay. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would absolutely choose to stay here again."
