I stayed for 6 nights. On night 1 our toilet wasnt flushing.. maintenence came and fixed it immediately. Everything else was great. There is a bus stop leading to Lawrence station and then the train to finch which takes you downtown to eaton centre or other attractions. Loved the indoor swimming pool as well. Overall stay 9 out of 10. Will definitely be back with my entire family.

This was our first time in Toronto and at this hotel. It was the perfect spot. We are glad that we stayed at this location. The hotel is very clean and there is so much near. Make sure you bring your walking shoes to enjoy the scenery. Location is 10/10. The staff was very helpful. If we come back to Toronto, this is where we would book again.

The staff in the dinning area/bar are fantastic, they always treat us like long lost friends. Ellsworth definitely has a great team, Jermaine and I love to see them. P.s. the food is fantastic!! The young guy/doorman and the older doorman alwasy remember us and make us feel welcomed. Everything is within a short walking distance to the hotel. We can't wait to go back around Christmas, they do such a beautiful job setting up for the holidays!
