The Westin Resort & Spa, Whistler

10/10 Excellent
"We stayed at the Westin from Monday through Saturday and had such a great experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and the staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. We were originally placed in an adjoining room, which ended up being a little noisy due to the young children staying next door — certainly not the hotel’s fault. We mentioned it to the front desk, and the staff were incredibly helpful in finding us a quieter room. The new room even had a balcony, so we ended up with a bit of an unexpected upgrade, which we really appreciated! My partner and I were in Whistler to mountain bike, and the bike valet service was incredibly convenient. The valet staff always greeted us with a smile and were fast and efficient every time we dropped off or picked up our bikes — even when we had them store them multiple times in the same day. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend our trip by an extra night. The reservation team was able to secure another night for us and arrange it so we could stay in the same room without having to pack up and move. I’m sure that’s no easy task in Whistler during August! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and were really impressed by the level of service we received. The staff went out of their way to make our trip easy and enjoyable, and we would absolutely stay at the Westin again on our next trip to Whistler."
