“We rented this property for two nights. After we found where to get entry information, 4 or 5 codes to get there. The grand finale was the door to the suite DID NOT work. This was after hauling everything up 3 flights. We loaded our stuff back in the car and back to the person who gave us the codes. He didn’t know what to do and told us to contact the owners. We searched and there is no way to contact the owners. We then had to go get another place to stay.
I want my money back as this……

“My family and I spent the week of Christmas in Rainbow Suites #5 and let me say that Whistler during Christmas is magical! For reference there were 6 adults and we managed quite well as far as the size of the condo. The only thing missing were the fabulous curtains in the photos. Libby, our host, was extremely responsive and made sure I knew she was there for any questions or concerns. This was our first time being away from home during the holidays and the condo kitchen was VERY well stocked……
