「We stayed at this ocean-view apartment in Vancouver during our child’s spring break last week, and overall it was a very pleasant experience.
At first, there was a bit of confusion on my end because I didn’t check the messages on the booking platform and only looked at my email, so I missed the host’s instructions. However, when we arrived and I called the host, they were incredibly patient and attentive, guiding us through everything clearly.
