The communication between day and night shift staff at the front desk was not fluid, so I had to address the same issue twice and took long time.... my stay was split and had to move to different unit because of the availability. I would not recommend the studio unit for the price it charged. Poor internet connection」

「This is a historic building built in 1912 with many very old amenities mixed with a few more modern ones, tastefully integrated with the old. The historic nature of the hotel was an experience in itself. The elevator, I was told, was the first in BC, and had manually closing inner and outer doors. 「Nice, quaint and secure little apartment. A couple of suggestions moving forward: 1. anti-slip something in the tub/shower......2. Regular TV channels for people to watch and a larger TV. Place it on a wall instead of on the ground so you can fit a larger one...such as over the mirror in the living room where the couch is.....」

「My family stayed at this apartment in early May, during the Vancouver Marathon. We had a great experience and would recommend this property to families wanting to take in the the beauty of the mountains from a wonderful location.while having great access to the city via the train system. 「The property was clean and efficient with all the supplies you'd need (laundry, dishwasher, coffee machine, water filter, pots and pans, etc.). The location is excellent -- close to shops, a grocery, and the False Creek water taxi (which is super fun and gets you to a bunch of neat places). Owner/manager was thoughtful and in touch regularly. Key pickup and dropoff was simple. We had a lovely time and would book again if we return to Vancouver.」

「Second bedroom was not actually a bedroom but simply a loft with a bed; no room for even a nightstand. Blinds were nice, but let way too much light in. Otherwise, we were satisfied, especially being able to walk to so many locations, even for our concert.」

「Lovely property in a great location. Howie was a lovely person, very helpful and even gave us a lift down to the sea bus when we left.Apartment was very clean, had everything anybody could have needed and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Vancouver. 」

「Great location in Cahinatown with many restaurants nearby. We were very comfortable. Coffee was provided - which was wonderful. Cozy corner unit with lots of windows and a good view. The security was outstanding - nobody but residents can enter the building. Looks like the kitchen and bathroom were recently remodeled too.」

Good experience

"Great experience staying at this hotel for seven nights. There is enough space for two children to jump around. The factory building has an oven and microwave for simple cooking. The bathroom is tiled and very clean. There is also a swimming pool and sauna in the building, so you can relax after a day's journey. The location is very close to the city center and public transportation. The security is also very good. It is very close to Costco and supermarkets within walking distance. All in all, it was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone."
