「Kitchen was equipped, Wifi stayed strong. The apartment is located quite close to the area where homeless and drug addicts are concentrated in Vancouver. While the apartment appeared clean to the naked eye, the Swiffer collected a lot of dust by simplynwiping the floor. So I had to dust the apartment by myself to make it safe for my daughter who is still crawling. 「Overall great experience at this VRBO. The apartment is in a nice building and central area. The instructions for access were clear and the included parking was extremely convenient and safe. The apartment was clean and comfortable and my friends and I have no complaints. Will be recommending this to others and will rebook when I am back in Vancouver! 」

「Immaculate unit, GREAT location, beautiful area to walk around. Building is very secure. Had a little hiccup with the key pickup but Tetyana responded promptly and corrected it. Just be advised that unit is in the city and you do get outside noise (sirens) at night sometimes. Overall, a very convenient and well-kept unit. Vancouver is BEAUTIFUL and area near unit felt very safe.」

「A beautiful daylight basement with three comfortable beds, a really nice shower, and a great shaded patio through French doors from the master bedroom. The location was perfect for us. In a quiet neighborhood but close to shops, restaurants, buses, the water front, and SeaBus. The host was really quick to answer questions. So nice! 」

「Good stay overall in a space that’s comfortable for 1–2 people. The unit is well kept and generally clean. It did get a bit loud at night, and there’s a flashing light with an accompanying sound near the washing machine that can wake you up, but otherwise the stay was pleasant. Host was good with timely replying to questions. 」
