Walked into the lobby to the smell of 3 very dirty cat boxes. That smell never went away over 3 days. They said there were no cats. The smell was on the 4th floor... Our suite was lovely with a beautiful bathroom very clean with nice amenities. All the carpets throughout the hotel were grungy so the smells may be there. Nice location and comfortable beds.

"The location is central and an easy walk to gas town, restaurants and china town. The hotel view of the bay was outstanding. Many day tours available right outside the hotel. The hotel gets very busy with cruise ship clients but the staff is able to manage the huge surge of people."
