“It's a heritage property converted into boutique hotel rooms right in the heart of Gastown. The neighbourhood can be a bit colorful but we found it to be amazing. The rooms are perfect for an overnight getaway and the hotel is very close to the Helicopter terminal to Victoria as well the float plane terminal. 100% will stay again.”

“Easy self checked in. Room was spacious with a nice kitchenette. Request for extra bathroom carpet was instantly catered through the Aparthotel app.”

“The room was clean and well stocked. Would have preferred the thermostat to be manual other than automatic so we could change the temperature setting without having to call someone to do it. Although the parking is not their responsibility, it would have saved a lot of time if we knew how to pay for parking ahead of time. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.”

“1. Clean and nice room. 2. Good location. Besides park, also close to supermarket, drug store, and restaurants. 3. Not luggage and stroller friendly from front door nor basement garage. There are stairs.”

“看到網站上照片而選擇住宿的 入住流程方便，app介面也很容易使用 算是bnb的一種，想要洗衣服要到樓下 但沒有提供換零錢機 打算在app內跟客服請求幫忙，原本客服也回應可以的 但到最後都沒有幫上忙換零錢，只好在附近便利店解決 浴室很方便，但有點污垢，介意的人要留意 沒有洗碗機，周邊方便”

“Great location, clean apartment, comfy beds. They provided clean towels daily. The room has a washer and dryer, which was very useful! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”
