"Howie is a very friendly host, and the unit was very well kept deserving the nickname "5 star" unit. I will definitely look for this place for my next trip. The location was ideal, close to the freeway, but in a very quiet, sound proofed neighborhood, and only a few minutes to Lonsdale Ave. A shopping mall is only a walking distance away."

"Huge stains in the mattress, blood stains on the sheets and shower curtain, hair in the towels, dirty floor and chairs, rat droppings in common area."

"The location of the property is amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need. The unit was very clean and well kept. A couple of areas could use a little tweaking to make it amazing; improved lighting to the entrance, a hair dryer, and the tv did not have any programming. Overall a good place to stay, and reasonably priced."
