“離海灘很近，附近生活機能佳”

“I booked at this property but unfortunately could not stay, so my rating is for my pre arrival experience. My friend had a serious medical emergency which required surgery the day before we were supposed to drive up and stay. The hotel refused to cancel with a refund or move my reservation to a later day because they “couldn’t sell the room”. Where’s the empathy…? Very disappointing.”

“Easy self checked in. Room was spacious with a nice kitchenette. Request for extra bathroom carpet was instantly catered through the Aparthotel app.”

“住宿點和廚房客廳都很棒，但隔天退房時需要寄放行李，服務人員態度不太好，本來很滿意的就有點小扣分”

“The room we stayed in was almost directly above the pub, so it was very noisy until 10 p.m. The staff were friendly and did their best to meet our needs during our stay. The breakfast was excellent and impressive.”

“看到網站上照片而選擇住宿的 入住流程方便，app介面也很容易使用 算是bnb的一種，想要洗衣服要到樓下 但沒有提供換零錢機 打算在app內跟客服請求幫忙，原本客服也回應可以的 但到最後都沒有幫上忙換零錢，只好在附近便利店解決 浴室很方便，但有點污垢，介意的人要留意 沒有洗碗機，周邊方便”
