Staff very friendly and room affordable. Older but very neat clean and tidy. The bust was the loud restaurants on the ground floor with party goers coming and going until well after 4::00am. The restaurants below are the after hours places that drinks go to for more booze, drugs and barely any food. Who eats shawarma until well after 4:00am on a Thursday night when all other restaurants and pubs are closed by 2:00am? So the hotel is ok. The restaurants should be closed by 1:00am. If you don’t want to sleep at night ask for an ocean view room. You’ll be wide awake until the morning rush hour.

I stayed there last week for 3 days and 2 nights. I landed in Vancouver early in the morning, and check-in wasn’t until 3 PM. I arrived at the hotel about four hours early, but the receptionist was incredibly kind and accommodated me with an early check-in at no extra charge, which I truly appreciated. I absolutely loved my room — it had a beautiful beach view! Everything was very clean, especially the bathroom, which is always a big plus for me 💯. The location is also amazing — it’s super convenient and close to everything. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place 💯

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. It is across the street from the bay and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the boat taxi. The hotel and rooms are dated but self contained and spacious. They offer underground parking which is convenient and secure. We will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is dated but the price reflects that. It was clean and the beds were comfy. Parking below was secure (you pay a fee for that). We had an amazing view of English Bay and will be going back again.
