“Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels. “The location is fairly central, but there are several drawbacks during my stay. There is no daily housekeeping service. Housekeeping is only provided for stays of 14 days or longer, which means guests need to manage their own trash and towels during shorter stays. This was quite inconvenient. The building is also very close to a fire station, so sirens can be heard frequently at night. In addition, there are nightclubs nearby, which can make the area quite noisy in the evenings. “The property was very clean and always smelled good. They were very accommodating and responded quickly to our request/questions. Only thing is we stayed 5 nights and the trash cans for the unit were so tiny. But over all we loved it. Its a beautiful placed nestled in the worst area of Canada.”
