Wonderful location. Quiet and safe. We were in town for a comedy festival and we could walk to the venue from Rosellen Suites. We could also walk to groceries and restaurants.

This property is well located, close to restaurants and shops. It is on a walkable area. However, the room is outdated. The bathroom didn’t have window and the bathroom fan was not working. The front desk guy was super helpful and nice. I would recommend for a night or two.

Steps to Stanley Park. Clean and well maintained and staff is kind and hardworking. Bit dated needing some remodel, but location is amazing and full suites hard to beat at this price range. Overall wonderful stay!

Great option if you’re staying a few nights and plan to do Stanley park, sea wall, aquarium, English bay, lots of good eating places. Check in ok, clear instructions, however when we went down to bring rest if luggage up, the room key we took had not been activated and we couldn’t get in & with no reception open it took over half hour to sort, not ideal late at night. Fans available though no air conditioning, windows can be opened to allow air flow. Large living room, serviceable kitchen good for long term stays

in a super convenient area only 10 minutes from the beach in one direction and 10 minutes from Stanley Park in the other direction. There were also many dining options close by on Denman Street and you could walk to downtown in around 30 mins. There is a large Safeway supermarket a 10 minute walk away which was useful for buying breakfast items. Despite being conveniently close to everything, the street itself is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment was a bit old-style in terms of furniture, etc but was perfectly clean and also spacious. We had 2 bedrooms, lounge area, kitchen and bathroom.
