"Staff were welcoming and service was exceptional. Room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable with lots of space. Good value! Shower water temperature was very difficult to adjust to start and then had bouts of ice cold or burning hot while in it. "

"Room was a really strange shape and set up poorly. No streaming or tv services. No convenience store or shop and no vending so no way for treats, snacks or to get a pop. Right across from a hospital so sirens go all night. "

"We arrived early and they happily stored our bags, so we could explore. In a great location, Check in was quick. Got to the room and it was adequate except the bathroom was incredibly small. The bed was very comfortable and was nice that they had plush big robes to go down to the pool in. The elevators were very slow and only one goes to the pool level. Overall had a nice stay"

"We were not impressed at all with our bookings, When we booked, the renovations were going on. noisy, we brought our swim suits, for the pool and it was closed. No restaurant was closed, So very misleading according to booking with Hotels.com. We would not have booked the room for my 70th birthday for Monday to Friday if we knew it was in total renovations. Either The hotel is not communicating with their 3 party reservations. So we were not happy staying there."
