Definitely a luxury room, which I do like and enjoyed. Now for all my frustration… I asked for early check in when I arrived around 8am and was sold that I’d get a call around 11-noon, I received zero updates and kept being reassured to just wait a bit longer… so I had to just keep on checking in all day while also trying to work, ended up getting my room just before regular time ~3pm. I asked for a place to work and I was directed to head to the underground parking area? Not sure how this makes any sense and felt like they thought it was a joke. The reception lady just totally also ignored how I presented my name which isn’t even hard for anybody I’ve ever met and kept trying to refer to me personally but it came off very disrespectful. I’d advise to always try to accommodate but be honest, a no is always fine but don’t play around with people’s time and requests like that.
