「Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. 「The Keefer hotel was a unique experience in that there is no on-site front desk; all the communication with staff occurs remotely. That being said, there did appear to be a security guard available 24/7 and housecleaning was present in the mornings.
