"We had a great stay at this condo. It had plenty of room for my wife, son (17) and myself. The condo is situated in a great area of the city and has plenty of restaurants, shops and attractions (ChinaTown, GasTown, BC Place etc.) close by. We were able to get picked up for our tours from one the hotels close by (less than 1/2 km). The train and bus lines are also close by. "This is a nice, well-priced place to stay in the downtown area of Vancouver. It's close to but not in the middle of everything. It's walkable to many neighborhoods including the restaurants on Davie St and Yaletown. We were able to walk to the Skytrain Metro stop after our checkout - glad it was mostly downhill because going the other way with luggage could be a challenge. They have a large storage room to keep your bags, if needed. Our flight was not until the evening, so we kept our bags there all-day. Our 4th floor room was very clean, modern and had nice amenities, but not much room to lay out luggage. There were two large club chairs to lounge in that took up space, so I guess that's the tradeoff. The wall between the bathroom and the main area was not well insulated, so a lot of noise filtered through when someone took a shower. Also, the HVAC system was very loud. If you are a light sleeper, it will likely wake you up when it cycles on. Thankfully, the room was a comfortable temperature overnight, so we did not need to have it on until the morning. The breakfast add-on we chose was worth it - inexpensive, good and filling. At night, we did have a cocktail at the roof-top bar, which was quite lovely. A great place to wind down after a day out on the town. The hotel staff in the lobby, the restaurant and bar were all very nice. Overall, I was happy with our stay at The Parker."

"Overall, my cousins, and or pleased with our stay, the location, and the staff. I was able to book this room for us last year in preparation of returning from our cruise. I have been in communication through emails since November 2025 because I have mobility issues and we had questions. The responder was always answered our questions except for one. This was. the only downside. I asked for a bathroom to accommodate mobility issues, and I never received assurance that they could accommodate this. As a result, it was very difficult to use their bathroom. Adding a bar in the shower and at least side bars on the wall around the commode would be an easy remedy to help those of us who need that kind of mobility support. I’m glad my arms were long enough to be able to hold on the sink to get up and down. If you have mobility issues, I do not recommend but if you don’t enjoy your stay."
