"We spent the weekend at Tamara's place with a big group consisting of 3 families. There was something for everyone and so many places to hang out and relax. The pictures don't do it justice. Tamara was a very attentive host, and she also had a property manager who was available when we needed. We are looking forward to coming back again. I would highly recommend staying here."

"We had a wonderful time. The house was not super fancy but it was very functional, clean, and in the perfect location for peace and quiet. We were right on the beach, which we had all to ourselves the whole time. We enjoyed lounging in the hammocks and sitting around a campfire in the evening. I especially liked that there were screens on the windows and fans so that we could sleep without AC and listen to the ocean at night. Definitely recommend to others!"

"Don't get me wrong.... it was a lovely house in pictures they showed on the website.... I wish I could post some of my pictures... The bad .... the 1st floor bathroom was under the stairs. To the end of the faceing toilet to the wall you had 4 inch... so if you sat down you were kissing the wall. If your tall than 5'6 you had to tilt your head to the side if you're standing up going to the bathroom. So you have to Shuffle yourself sideways into the bathroom to use it and you have to shuffle...

"The villa itself was beautiful !! Gorgeous views, wonderful pool, trails to hike, great people staffing as well as others staying on the property. 8 bungalows with other guests, and still very private. Access was a bit difficult. Road to property is dirt and very rough with many potholes from rainy season. Not regular car access type. Roads in Nicaragua leave much to be desired.. to say the least. Highways are excellent but be prepared for the driving !!"
