Discover the bohemian atmosphere of Nice by staying in this charming and bright apartment, located in the famous Carré d\'Or district of Nice, just 100 meters from the sea and the famous Promenade des Anglais. You will be at the heart of the action, while benefiting from all the comfort of an artistic space. The apartment, on the second floor, can accommodate up to four people and has a beautiful typical balcony to enjoy the mild climate of the Côte d\'Azur. You can relax in the double living room equipped with an air conditioning system, or prepare tasty meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The bright bathroom has a heated towel rail, outside the balcony you will find a washing machine allowing you to wash your clothes with ease. You will also have access to free WI-FI and television. The car is unnecessary because you can get around on foot very easily. You will be literally two minutes walk from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, 20 meters from many bars, cafes and restaurants and 2 minutes walk from secure paid parking. If you need to travel further, you can easily reach the apartment by bus from the airport (15 minutes, bus stop 100m) or on foot from the train station (10 minutes). Adequate/good location

There is an unpleasant smell when you enter this apartment. Other than that, it worked out well. The air conditioning is a very good thing if you are visiting in the summer months.
