“The staff were fabulous, customer service is a priority here. Room was nicely decorated. Seat by the window is a lovely idea. Toilet was clean, although yellowing. Bed was comfy. Outside space overlooking the lagoon was my favourite. I could stay there all day. Breakfast menu offered a really good selection. They even had gluten free options. Tons of pastries, cut fruit options were mainly pineapple, watermelon, orange and papaya. The orange was hard, and I did see mango once. Would be good to……

“Brown water, cockroach on the bed, and unfriendly staff. Spending $200 per night without getting a basic clean environment. ”

“Staff were rude - lots of them milling about but not very forthcoming to help. Room was nice as long as you did not look too much! Shower was coming loose off the wall. Not much choice of TV stations. Conference facilities were appalling. The AV system was of very poor quality - only hand held microphones that were very poor, cutting out all the time and sound quality terrible. Screens also need an update. ”

“The property was different from what they advertised on their site. I could not leave to go to another hotel, because I had paid for the room in advance and it would take six working days to get my refund. The room had an insect problem with a shower that flooded every time it was used. I cam there from the United States to get married, and I was embarrassed by the quality of the room that we had. The swimming pool area and bar area was neglected and needed love and attention. The internet……
