Das Haus ist gut gelegen, es ist sehr ruhig, aber die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, die sich im Dachgeschoss befinden, sind sehr unbequem, insbesondere das Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbetten, sehr unbequem für Kinder und noch mehr für Erwachsene, außerdem sind sie sehr klein und schlecht ausgestattet belüftet. . Die Fenster haben keine Moskitonetze und im Sommer gibt es viele Mücken.

Fuimos a celebrar la navidad en familia (abuelos, hermanos, hijos, tíos, nietos, sobrinos) y aunque

Fuimos a celebrar la navidad en familia (abuelos, hermanos, hijos, tíos, nietos, sobrinos) y aunque nos llovió casi todos los días disfrutamos mucho de la casa y sus alrededores, el pueblo de Nigüelas y el sendero de La Pavilla. La casa está equipada para no pasar frio, y la chimenea es excelente. El porche techado nos permitió también disfrutar del exterior con un horno de brasas chulísimo. Cuando levantaron las nubes, pudimos ver la preciosa vista de la montaña nevada desde el mismo porche, una sorpresa impresionante. Muy recomendable.

Pasamos unos días magníficos, disfrutando mucho de la piscina y del maravilloso entorno. Nigüelas es un pueblo precioso, acogedor, muy tranquilo y la casa está a tan sólo a media hora de Granada. A 5 minutos está Dúrcal con todo tipo de tiendas y servicios. Para desconectar y descansar, es el lugar perfecto. Los niños disfrutaron muchísimo.

Nos alojamos a finales de este mes de julio 2 familias con niños ya mayores. Estuvimos genial, el entorno de la casa es una parcela grande de olivos y disfrutamos mucho de la piscina. Hicimos más vida fuera entre el porche y la piscina que dentro (sólo estábamos para cocinar y dormir claro), desayunábamos, comíamos y cenábamos fuera. A ambos lados de la casa hay otros cortijos pero tienes absoluta privacidad. El interior de la casa está muy bien, quizá podrían actualizarse los armarios de algunas habitaciones pero en general muy bien. En un momento te plantas en la playa o en Granada por la autovía. El pueblecito de Nigüelas es muy cuco y puedes llegar hasta él andando (hay una distancia de 1 km aprox.) por el camino de tierra que hay detrás de la casa y que es por dónde puedes acceder con el coche a la misma. Puedes tapear en el primer bar que te encuentras al llegar a Nigüelas, no está mal. La dueña de la casa, Puri, fue muy amable y atenta, en cuanto le comunicamos un par de cosas de equipamiento que faltaban de la casa nos las trajo. Si os gusta la tranquilidad y el relax os la recomiendo

Suite à notre demande la propriétaire devrait tout changer.Nous avons demandé des transats, le changement de la serrure de la porte d’entrée que nous ne pouvions plus ouvrir et quelques ustensiles de cuisine manquants. La propriétaire a été réactive et a répondu à nos demandes.

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit mooie, ruime huis. Het huis is gelegen in een prachtig en rustig gebied, maar je staat ook binnen een kwartier in het centrum van Granada. Het huis was schoon en veilig. Het zwembad was heerlijk en werd twee keer per week schoongemaakt. De eigenaren waren vriendelijk en attent. Ze hebben hun best gedaan om ons een plezierig verblijf te geven. Wij zijn hen dankbaar en komen hier hopelijk nog een keer terug!
