- Charming architect's villa drowned in a green setting. Isolated but close to the city center, you will find shops and services 5 minutes away. The environment of the house offers all the comfort for a rest and relaxation stay. Recently built, its contemporary fittings and equipment are ideal for hosting a family or two couples of friends.
Its swimming pool and terraces are very pleasant and do not benefit from any vis-à-vis.
The house consists of:
- 1 large living room opening onto the two terraces
- 2 sleeping areas with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets
- 1 heated saltwater swimming pool if necessary...
The whole is air-conditioned. Parking is free on site.
