"This was my first time using VRBO and it was an enjoyable experience. Agree with most other positive reviews and comments. Centrally located, slightly urban area, blocks from beach. Keurig acted a little funky second day but also has full size coffee machine. Never needed to contact manager. Went hiking, recommend Montana De Oro (breathtakingly beautiful), visited University, bought groceries at Trader Joes a few miles away and spent a fun day in town, San Luis Obispo, shopping, eating. "We had a great time. The location is steps from the beach and walking distance to a couple of restaurants. We wanted some place without a lot of people and on the beach. This location was perfect. It was clean and communication was easy."

"What a beautiful apartment! It was immaculately clean and very thoughtfully decorated. We had such a great time staying here. I do have to say, we didn't sleep much though, the noise level at night is unimaginable. So if you're a light sleeper, I'd look elsewhere. We had a white noise machine on and ear plugs in and still heard every line of the songs playing from the bars on Higuera St. Other than that, I'd highly recommend it!"

"The location of this home in Nipomo was great. Short drive to many free beautiful attractions. The rental itself had anything and everything you would ever need. The kitchen is massive and had everything to prepare meals. The neighbors and their pets were very friendly. I would definitely book this home again."
