"booked a single non smoking king upgraded room. Gave my room away to another guest gave me a double room, wreaked of weed carpets disgusting in the non upgraded area of hotel. 2nd room already had someone staying in it so third time they gave me an even more disgusting room with a loud barking dog across the hallway. Ended up walking to Buffalo Bills (sister hotel next door) pleaded for help desk agent was super great but first room there the bathroom light fixture fried and ac unit was broken. Finally on room number 5 and bags lugging around I finally got a nice room. after 3 hours and a lot of walking.all amenities were closed at both locations "
